You must complete our contract that clearly explains our service. We commit to 25 properties that will accept you. We provide properties in increment of 3  or 4 at a time. We need truthful information from you.  False information will only hurt you and our process. You may think your situation is really bad, let us be the judge of it. We are in the bad credit or criminal background housing placement  business. We have successfully placed people with multiple evictions, foreclosure, active bankruptcy, multiple felonies and more.  We do all the work. You must have a month's rent and a month's rent for security deposit at the least. Some properties may require more. You select the property!
